Job Responsibilities – What You Will Be Doing

As a General Worker at a PepsiCo warehouse, your role is vital to ensuring that goods move efficiently from the factory floor to retail outlets across South Africa.

Core Duties:

  • Loading and unloading stock

  • Packing and labeling boxes

  • Sorting pallets for delivery

  • Picking stock using hand scanners (training provided)

  • Assisting forklift operators and logistics staff

  • Cleaning and maintaining workstations

  • Wrapping pallets for shipping

  • Reporting damaged stock to supervisors

All personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety training will be provided.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the General Worker role, you must meet the following basic requirements:
