Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Daily
As a Tracker Call Centre Sales Agent, your main goal is to sell Tracker products and services to new customers over the phone, ensuring they understand the value of having real-time vehicle protection and personal safety tools.
Daily duties include:
Making outbound calls to potential customers using Tracker leads
Promoting Tracker’s full suite of vehicle tracking and insurance telematics solutions
Explaining product benefits and addressing client objections confidently
Closing sales and processing new client applications accurately
Maintaining a minimum sales target each month
Capturing leads and updating the CRM system
Following compliance procedures for calls and sales

Minimum Requirements
