Key Responsibilities
As a Store Manager, your role is strategically positioned at the intersection of business management, sales strategy, and customer experience.

Driving Turnover & Business Growth – Ensure the achievement of sales targets through strategic sales planning and financial management.

Expense & Risk Management – Control operating expenses and reduce shrinkage to safeguard business profitability.

People Management – Recruit, train, and motivate employees with a focus on leadership development and employee engagement.

Customer Experience Optimization – Deliver excellent service through customer value management and loyalty-building strategies.

Merchandising & Digital Integration – Execute in-store merchandising strategies while leveraging digital transformation in retail.

Business Reporting – Provide accurate insights on performance, KPIs, and financial metrics for decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience

Matric Certificate (Grade 12)

Minimum 3 years retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership/management role

Strong understanding of business operations, financial reporting, and customer relationship management
