Department: Office Space and Facilities Management for Group Properties
This position provides an excellent opportunity to become a member of the City of Tshwane’s Facilities Management team and contribute significantly to the upkeep of a hygienic, secure, and professional atmosphere at several administrative buildings throughout the area.

As a cleaner, it will be your duty to maintain the cleanliness of various Tshwane office buildings. Cleaning offices, hallways, parking lots, stairwells, restrooms, and much more will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you’ll be in charge of keeping the workspace tidy and sanitary to encourage comfort and productivity.

Important prerequisites
Here are the essential prerequisites to apply for the cleaner position:

basic literacy abilities to efficiently follow directions and carry out cleaning tasks.
While it is not required, prior office cleaning experience is beneficial.
Because this position requires constant physical labor, such as sweeping, mopping, and lifting, physical fitness and excellent health are crucial.

gathering paper that can be recycled or disposed of inside the building.
