Job Duties – Security Officer Responsibilities

Servest Security Officers are responsible for maintaining a high standard of guarding and ensuring safety on-site. Here are the typical job responsibilities you’ll be expected to carry out:

️ Prevent unauthorised entry, access control, and perimeter checks
Maintain detailed occurrence books (OB entries)
Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) when needed
Perform gate duties, visitor registration, and vehicle checks
⚠️ Respond swiftly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies
Observe and report security breaches or safety hazards
Maintain discipline and uphold client site rules
