Position: Store Manager (45hr)
Location: Springs Mall, Erf 1264, Springs, Gauteng, South Africa
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Position
Work Schedule: 45 hours per week
Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing
As a Store Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of retail leadership, responsible for the overall performance of the store, including:
Sales & Turnover Management
Driving sales performance to meet and exceed store targets
Using KPIs and sales reports to optimize profitability
Implementing local strategies to grow revenue
Expense & Shrinkage Control
Monitoring and minimizing operational costs
Preventing stock losses and managing inventory
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Team & People Management
Recruiting and training a high-performance sales team
Conducting regular staff evaluations and performance reviews
Building a positive and productive workplace culture
Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
Executing in-store merchandising in line with brand standards
Managing promotions and new product launches
Maintaining a visually appealing store environment
Customer Experience & Satisfaction
Leading by example in delivering exceptional customer service
Handling escalated queries and complaints professionally
Ensuring an omnichannel customer service experience
Minimum Requirements – What You’ll Need
✅ Educational Qualification:
Matric Certificate (Grade 12) – Essential
✅ Experience:
Minimum 0-3 years retail experience
Proven track record in sales, people management, and operations
