What Will You Be Doing?

As a Sales-Focused Recruitment Consultant at G2 Recruitment in Munich, you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for clients and candidates within your designated market. Your main duties will include:

1. Managing the Recruitment Process

You will oversee the entire recruitment journey, from client briefings to interview feedback. This involves understanding your clients’ needs, sourcing and qualifying candidates, and ultimately presenting the right candidates for each role. Your ability to manage this process efficiently will directly impact the quality of service you provide to your clients.

2. Driving Business Development

One of the key aspects of your role will be identifying and engaging new clients within your sector. You will develop new business relationships, win new clients, and help expand G2’s market presence. Your ability to network, build rapport, and establish trust will play a critical role in your success as a recruitment consultant.

3. Sourcing Top Candidates

Sourcing and presenting the best talent for open roles will be at the core of your daily activities. You will search for, qualify, and present candidates who meet the job requirements and align with the clients’ expectations. 4. Building Strong Relationships

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Before applying, make sure you meet the following essential criteria:

  • Desire for a Sales-Based Role: You must want to work in a sales-driven environment. Previous experience in recruitment is not necessary.

  • Full-Time Office Role: This is a full-time office-based position. You must be based in Munich or be in the process of relocating to the area.

  • Living within a Commutable Distance: The office is located in the Werksviertel area, and you should live within 40 minutes of the office.

  • Right to Work in Germany: Applicants must have the legal right to work in Germany. Unfortunately, G2 Recruitment cannot offer visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens.
