️ Job Purpose

The Sales Advisor is responsible for:

• Providing outstanding customer service.

• Offering detailed product knowledge to promote health, skincare, and beauty products.

• Driving sales through cross-selling and upselling.

• Creating an inviting shopping environment that enhances the customer experience.

• Ensuring store profitability and encouraging brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell cosmetics, skincare, and wellness products to maximize store revenue.

• Take ownership of promotions and daily store requirements.

• Reduce loss and shrinkage by following Store Operating Procedures.

• Build meaningful customer relationships to increase repeat sales.

• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising and customer engagement.

Minimum Requirements

✅ Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential).

• Experience in cosmetics and retail sales (desirable).

✅ Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service abilities.

• Effective listening and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of retail principles and stock management.
