Key Responsibilities:

As a Store Manager, your role is pivotal to the store’s success. You will be responsible for:

• Driving turnover to ensure all sales targets are achieved

• Controlling expenses to increase profitability

• Managing stock losses and ensuring shrinkage is minimized

• People management – recruiting, developing, and managing staff

• Performance management and building a winning culture

• Executing merchandising and in-store visual strategies

Qualifications & Experience:

To be eligible for this opportunity, you should have:

• ✔️ Matric Certificate (Grade 12) or Grade 10

• ✔️ Minimum 0-3 years of retail experience

• ✔️ Minimum 0-1 year of experience in a store leadership role

• ✔️ Experience in sports apparel or footwear retail will be advantageous
