At Reneilwe’s cremation, Nkele and Tshililo bid her a heartbreaking farewell. In the meantime, Dr. Ximba (Leleti Khumalo) walks into MMC with a bang and runs into Imani. Teboho is made to assassinate the head of a prison gang, and Ndiwavho is not happy about going to Venda.

In an effort to save herself, Teboho frames her cellmate. Imani is anxious as she gets ready to make an impression on Dr. Ximba. A bank letter of demand cuts short Bubbles’s attempt to invite the church ladies to Nkele to offer their sorrow. Tshililo makes an effort to alert his goon that KK’s goon is getting closer.

The goon of Tshililo announces that he has destroyed KK’s person. Ndemedzo (Wiseman Zitha) conceals his true intentions by posing as an ardent admirer of Dr. Ximba’s work. Kgosi notifies his family of Nkele’s war declaration. When Teboho—who is meant to be in prison—shows up at James’ door, he is rendered speechless.
Thursday, August 8, 2024, Fourth Episode (4637)
Nkele creates a commotion by declaring that Tshililo stole the urn containing Reneilwe’s ashes. Lindelani and Azwindini get ready for Hayani Holdings’ relaunch. Dr. Ximba’s public persona is at odds with her marital problems with her husband, Lloyd Nedohe’s Avhatakali Ramabulana.

In search of comfort, Kgosi brings the urn to a private meal. Mulalo is shown Teboho, who declares war on the Vhakwevho. Nkele chooses seclusion and goes to a dimly lighted chamber. As Hayani Holdings is disclosed, a threatening warning regarding “The Mayor” shakes Dr. Ximba.
August 12, 2024, Monday – Episode 6 (4639)
Nkele finds her new environment difficult. When playing golf, Azwindini and Avhatakali become closer and talk about their relationship and MMC’s upcoming projects. After a while of not seeing her, Susan runs into an antagonistic Lebo at Waterside. Dr Ximba then offers R20k for Lebo’s phone.
August 13, 2024, Tuesday, Episode 7 (4640)
When Lebo discovers that Dr. Ximba has bought her off with R100k, tension and mystery grow. If anything were to happen to Shaz, she cautions her to denounce Dr. Ximba to the authorities. Tshililo is informed by Nkele that her fall from grace was a calculated maneuver. Susan gives Avhatakali a frantic call to alert him that his wife is aware of their liaison.
Wed., August 14, 2024; Episode 8 (4641)
Avhatakali tries to use a diamond jewelry to appease his wife. Kgosi pays a moving homage at Reneilwe’s monument. Nkele requests that Tshililo read her letter of farewell to Reneilwe. A little while later, Teboho tells Nkele that she has proof and knows who killed Reneilwe.
August 15, 2024, Thursday, Episode 9 (4642)
After moving into Nkele’s home, Dr. Ximba visits her son Sakhile. As Avhatakali evades her calls, Susan becomes anxious. Kissing, Bubbles checks on Kgosi. For proof, Teboho makes a bargain with Nkele. Avhatakali is tricked by Dr. Ximba to remain in Johannesburg.
August 16, 2024, Friday, Episode 10 (4643)
As Nkele’s stand-in, Teboho surprises everyone by entering a Hayani Holdings meeting in disguise. The police barge into Tshililo and Imani’s private supper. Concerned Susan chooses to break up contact with Avhatakali, but at Dr. Ximba’s place, she ends up having a sexual encounter with him. Then… a woman who is hiding shoots her.

Susan’s health is critically ill and she is sent to the hospital. The hospital calls Avhatakali in a panic, demanding to speak with Dr. Ximba. As this is going on, two attackers kidnap Nkele. To save Susan’s life, the head of the hospital begs Dr. Ximba to operate on her. When her husband’s mistress needs saving, will she intervene?

In a sensitive surgical procedure, Dr. Ximba guides her team. Avhatakali, heartbroken, surrenders to his sorrows. Although Teboho disputes Mulalo’s accusations, she is implicated in Nkele’s disappearance. When Teboho and her first-born son, Morena, finally get back together after a long separation, James shocks her with an emotional reunion.

Susan’s initial surgery is completed by Dr. Ximba. Vhutshilo is devastated when an unknown caller shows him an obscene video of his mother and Avhatakali. A dubious officer stops him when he brings the footage to the police. Dr. Ximba decides to dissolve her marriage after experiencing heartbreak.
Episode 14 (4647) Thursday, August 22, 2024
The divorce papers from Dr. Ximba are anathemaly rejected by Avhatakali. Father is shown his mother’s sex footage by an emotional Vhutshilo. It looks like Teboho and Ndemedzo’s ideas are moving along nicely.
Avhatakali and Azwindini get into a furious fight.
This Friday, August 23, 2024, is Episode 15 (4648).
By purposefully friend-zoning James, Teboho gives him the cold shoulder. Ndemedzo receives praises from Imani over his look. When it comes to Susan’s shooting, Avhatakali tells his wife that the police have fresh proof. The police bring Dr. Ximba in for interrogation.
Episode 16 (4649) Monday, August 26, 2024
The authorities ask Dr. Ximba about her knowledge of her husband’s extramarital affair. Susan was not shot by Avhatakali, although she acknowledges having an affair. Neshehe feels suspicious even after Avhatakali and Dr. Ximba are freed. Ndemedzo becomes the personal trainer for Imani.
Episode 17 (4650) – Tuesday, August 27, 2024
After a difficult return home, Dr. Ximba and Avhatakali find that their son Sakhile harbors strong animosity for his father. To soothe Vhutshilo, Ndiwavho makes an effort. Ndemedzo worries that Teboho might be truly falling in love with James.

18th episode (4651)
James chooses to relocate Teboho’s possessions into his bedroom. Lebo claims that Dr. Ximba shot Susan during his police interrogation. In the meantime, Susan gets shot, but the bullet that was used disappears. CCTV footage that shows a car near the scene of the shooting is sent to Neshehe.

To find out more about Imani, Ndemedzo makes an effort. Muvhango is caught engaging in dishonest academic practices by Ndiwavho. When Teboho discloses their strategy to neutralize the Vhakwevhos and introduces Ndemedzo, James is taken aback. Imani feels honoured to know that Ndemedzo has inquired about her.

Ndemedzo is drawn to Imani when she arrives with a new hairstyle, and she extends an invitation to Sakhile’s graduation celebration. Mulalo worries that James could be being duped by Teboho. Sakhile is overjoyed to enter his party, but things quickly get serious when someone is arrested by the police for killing Susan.
